Valletta Grand Harbour Fireworks Spectacular

Experience the opening night of the fireworks celebrations at the breathtaking Grand Harbour on Monday, 20 April 2026.

The evening will present a dynamic programme of traditional Maltese fireworks displays, intimate pyro-musical showcases, and four competitive pyro-musical productions performed by two distinguished teams from Malta, alongside teams from Italy and the Netherlands. Each display will be synchronised to music, creating a spectacular visual performance set against the historic harbour skyline.

Throughout the evening, a traditional Maltese band will perform live, enhancing the event with an authentic cultural atmosphere that complements the pyrotechnic displays.

Venue & Seating

Allocated seating will be provided at Quarry Wharf, Valletta, offering prime views of the fireworks.
