Malta International Fireworks Festival – General Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Malta International Fireworks Festival online payment platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Tickets & Entry
- All tickets are valid only for the date and time indicated at the time of purchase.
- Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Entrance will require presenting a valid digital or printed ticket.
- Upon entrance, you may be requested to present a valid identification upon the request of Staff or Event Management, if required.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with event rules or Health & safety instructions.
Payments
- Prices shown include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Your booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- ONLY in the case of event cancellation, customers may be offered a refund.
- Weather conditions may affect certain attractions. Unless the entire event is cancelled, refunds will not be issued.
Safety & Conduct
- Visitors must follow all rules, safety signs, staff instructions, and rules and regulations.
- The Management reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
Liability
- The Malta Tourism Authority is not responsible for loss, damage, injury.
- Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of visitors.
Data Protection & Privacy
- By completing a purchase, you agree to the processing of your personal data for booking and operational purposes.
- The Malta Tourism Authority complies with the GDPR and all applicable Maltese data protection legislation.
